Lea Ann Robertson

Lea Ann is a Partner and member of Carnrite Group’s Board of Directors. Prior to her current role, Lea Ann served as Chief Operating Officer and was accountable for the internal operations of Carnrite Group. Lea Ann has more than 30 years of consulting experience in domestic and international engagements focused on strategy development, competitive performance analysis, organizational transformations, organization design, cost reduction, mergers and acquisitions screenings and process redesign.
Lea Ann served as engagement leader and advisor on several complex business transformation engagements focused on mobilizing organizations to embrace and execute the strategic initiatives required for change. She was the account manager for Carnrite’s series of transformational projects at Chesapeake Energy beginning in 2015. Engagements benefited from her experience and expertise in challenging a team to think creatively in developing strategies and business plans and then, defining the requirements for achieving the vision within the client’s values and cultural framework.
Prior to becoming a founding partner of The Carnrite Group in 1991, Lea Ann worked in various corporate planning, finance, and investor relations roles throughout the oil and gas industry.
